Class from a dealership to their customers! I walked onto Freehold Dodge just to “look at” a white Dodge Durango that has caught my eye for weeks. By no means was I even looking to purchase a ne I walked onto Freehold Dodge just to “look at” a white Dodge Durango that has caught my eye for weeks. By no means was I even looking to purchase a new car let alone an SUV! Gary walked outside and greeted me and I figured I’d get the whole car salesman pitch and figured I’d have a hard time walking away. We had some small talk about the Durango and he asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. I told him I was just interested in just looking at the truck. He said we will go for a test drive to see if you like it and as much as I didn’t want to, I did! Gary was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with no high-pressure sales pitches it felt very comfortable conversing with him even knowing I was not going in to buy a new car. I left the dealership with a great feeling and best experience I have ever had in a dealership. I asked him how long the offer was good for he gave me a time frame and I left. Gary was a first-class gentleman with everything he offered me and what my payment was for a finance and it was just an offer I could not refuse. Again, one of the most relaxing comforting and no pressure easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Gary cut out all the back and forth that most dealers do making like they are working with you. He just came back with a great offer and it was to hard to resist! The whole dealership is one of a kind. Everyone there was kind helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be bringing all my business to this dealership from now on. Thank you very much for making me a very happy and satisfied customer. Gary even called to see how I love my new Durango and that was a great feeling to know they still care even when you leave the dealership. Now that is class from a dealership to their customers! I then bought a Dodge Durango which was used and we got it for a great price. And just last week I purchased a Subaru Outback and they were great to work with. I now may purchase a Jeep Wrangler from them once they find the one I’m looking for. Highly recommend them if you want honesty and respect. More
