Brougt my car in for service on Saturday August 16th 2025. Service advisor was Felipe. When i picked up my vehicle, the entire interior was covered in grease. The did not cover the seats with anything 2025. Service advisor was Felipe. When i picked up my vehicle, the entire interior was covered in grease. The did not cover the seats with anything to protect the leather.( LIGHT BEIGE ). The exterior was not even washed. When I spoke with the service advisor regarding the issue, he said he was sorry and let me leave without correcting the problem. I have tried reaching out to Nick Boustead as well as the owner Reny Dubon-Taverna. Only voice mails. NEVER AGAIN will I go back to this dealership! More

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! They offer attractive pricing but obscene fees like $2000+ for dealer processing and delivery. Their customer service is null and void once a sale They offer attractive pricing but obscene fees like $2000+ for dealer processing and delivery. Their customer service is null and void once a sale is consummated. Promises are completely forgotten and everyone that works there seems to buy into that culture. Jeremy Mora- Initial salesman who went completely AWOL after the sale. Alon Kleiman-salesman promised a full tank of gas. Candice Williams, Office Manager who had the car delivered to my house without gas, without a second key, without temporary license tags and even without the 2 bolts to hold them! Nick Boustead, General Manager ignored my written letters but instructed Candice Williams to call me and offer $150 to appease my complaints. But of course, the check was never written! I tried to make this purchase a simple one but this dealership behaves much more like a typical “used car xxxxxxx!” More
