He took the time to explain the different vehicle types/options and details of purchasing vs. leasing a vehicle which made it clear to me that leasing was the right option for me. He was very patient and answered all of my questions (I had a lot!) patiently and clearly. Thanks to Aaron and his team at Tasca I am getting a 2018 Ford Escape; the first brand new car I have ever owned in my life and it fits within my budget AND it's even the color I love! Jeff was very knowledgeable about all the different packages available for each model and educated us on the benefits of each. He also carefully listened to my wife's (the primary driver) preferences and concerns and made recommendations based on what was best for her, which ultimately got us into an SUV with the right set of features for our budget. Nick, made quick and efficient work of the paperwork and explained everything as we went along. Additionally, when we picked up the SUV, Jeff took extra time to carefully explain, and demonstrate, the key features of the vehicle to us and set up several features with us before we left.
