We told him that under no circumstance we would buy a car that visit but there was just something about him, maybe it was his smile, maybe the twinkle in his eye, his sheer unyielding charisma, but before we knew it we were sitting at the desk and my relative was signing the paperwork. Everyone there was super friendly, especially Jeff Barske, who spent a great deal of time helping us to understand 'the reality of the situation' when our vehicle that was in for service had very expensive repair costs. Also, a very huge thank you to Paul Mendence, who was also very insightful and friendly. My relative loves their new F-150 and I plan on buying my next vehicle here as well!! More

The first was a new Mazda 5 back in 2015 and a used 2011 Nissan Frontier in November of 2019. Jeff Barske was my salesman for both vehicles. What a great guy. No pressure, no haggle. In and out very quickly with no BS. We did the whole deal and I was out the door with my new truck in a few hours. They took my old truck in trade and gave me a good price on my new truck. Car buying experience is typically in line with going to the dentist and typically not so pleasant. What good guys. Hope to do more business in the future. More

Mixed Experience I was very pleased with the sales person Bob Truesdale and Nick Cash was helpful. I was not impressed with the office staff. I was paying cash so th I was very pleased with the sales person Bob Truesdale and Nick Cash was helpful. I was not impressed with the office staff. I was paying cash so there was no need for financing. All required forms were provided (insurance, bank check, title to trade in vehicle) but it took three hoiurs for the transaction. I think the forms that I was required to sign could have been ready in advance to avoid such a long wait. Although I did not arrange a specific time for the pickup I did let the dealersip know that it would be Saturday afternoon. More
