On the date of purchase, 01/02/2026 I bought the vehicle in good faith with the understanding that it was in drivable condition and had been properly inspected. Less than one hour after leaving the deale in good faith with the understanding that it was in drivable condition and had been properly inspected. Less than one hour after leaving the dealership, the truck broke down and became undrivable. This occurred immediately after purchase, raising serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale and whether a proper inspection was conducted. As a result, I incurred inconvenience, stress, and additional expenses, including towing and repair cost, for a vehicle I had owned for less than an hour. I contacted the dealership to report the issue. I was told by the salesman. “ Didn’t you purchase an extended warranty just take it to a GMC dealership near you.” I believe selling a vehicle that fails almost immediately after purchase is unacceptable and misleading. More

I was in a time crunch and had found exactly what I needed shortly after Christmas. We stopped in on our way back home to Texas and were able to purchase within 90 minutes or so.
