They are not very responsive regarding important questions asked. I have asked multiple times about a few recalls that popped up on my Tundras screen, I still haven't received an answer. Ryan, in particular, stood out with his wealth of knowledge derived from his background as a former tech and current sales representative. His approach was informative, professional, and genuine. Despite a busy day with multiple customers, the buying experience, from the test drive to driving home in a new Rav4 Hybrid, took around about 3 hours.
