Never disappoints I called Glanzmann Subaru after a stop at my local Pep Boys to check tires as indicator light appeared. They advised that the R passenger rear tire n I called Glanzmann Subaru after a stop at my local Pep Boys to check tires as indicator light appeared. They advised that the R passenger rear tire needed to be replaced. Nick, at GS advised me to come in for replacement and that it would be covered by my Tire Protection Contract. Nick was very professional and answered all my questions. On arrival at GS, Chris Waldron assisted me with obtaining necessary information, in a very professional and helpful way, and told me that my contract would completely cover the appointment. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area and in a very timely manner I was on my way home in my exterior washed car.....temporarily free of pollen dust. More

Flat Tires are no fun Had a flat and for some reason, Subaru corporate wouldn't provide me with the free tow even though my my car qualified. I decided to put the donut on Had a flat and for some reason, Subaru corporate wouldn't provide me with the free tow even though my my car qualified. I decided to put the donut on myself, but those lugnuts just wouldn't budge! I was just down the street from Glanzmann service, so Nick came to my rescue and helped me get that donut on. I'm really grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond. Nice job, Glanzmann! More

Great Customer Service I enjoy coming to this dealership because customer service works with my schedule and they provide a nice area to sit down and relax while you wait fo I enjoy coming to this dealership because customer service works with my schedule and they provide a nice area to sit down and relax while you wait for your car. They also admit when they did something wrong and they fix it for you. They are a trust worthy dealership. They wash your car with every service, but in my last appointment they forgot to wash my car and left the grease on the wheels from changing the tires. I am sure they will wash it no problem if I just drive by and ask them to, but I don't live that close to the dealership.q More

Disabled car My Forester would not start on Friday night , 9-21-18. I was 25 miles from home and I called the Subaru Roadside Assistance. The Operator was wonderfu My Forester would not start on Friday night , 9-21-18. I was 25 miles from home and I called the Subaru Roadside Assistance. The Operator was wonderful and we made arrangements to have my car towed Saturday at 8:30 am, when the Glanzmann Service Department would be open. Eric Wilson meet the tow truck driver at the dealership and called me to reassure me that my car had arrived and that the technicians would evaluate the problem. I received a call on Monday at 8:30 am from Eric who informed me that the problem was the alternator. My car was repaired and ready to go be 10:30 am on Monday. How fabulous is that turnaround time? Thank you Eric and Stephanie for the EXCELLENT service and keeping me informed. Also, kudos to Nick in Service who also helps me with the phone system in my Crosstrek, since I am a major technophobe! More
