2 yrs ago my 72 year old mother purchased a new CRV from Piazza. Week later I am at her house looking at her new car and notice that the front bumper has a 2" scratch on it that has clearly been "touched Piazza. Week later I am at her house looking at her new car and notice that the front bumper has a 2" scratch on it that has clearly been "touched up" with touch up paint. Obviously this damage was noticed by the dealer and rather than repair it correctly it was painted over poorly. Again, this was a brand new car purchase. My mother is 72 and has a bad back, should not have been up to her to examine the car. Had the damage not been repainted, sure you could have said no one saw it but this is different. More
