Horrific purchase experience I leased a car from this dealer, upon returning to buy it out we were told they could match an interest rate from banks we went to independently since I leased a car from this dealer, upon returning to buy it out we were told they could match an interest rate from banks we went to independently since they work with them. We had made an appointment for the following week for 2:30 and weren't seen until 5:30 where finance told us the rate was not 2.9, but rather 6.1. After waiting 3 hours to be told they can't offer us the same deal they continued to try to get us to sign by saying "it will only be $19 more per month ". Looks like we'll be dealing with the bank directly. Complete incompetence. More
