I bought a 2022 Jeep grand Wagoneer from them under false pretenses had a vehicle only a couple months less than 10,000 miles. My very first oil change revealed issues with my vehicle that should not be ther pretenses had a vehicle only a couple months less than 10,000 miles. My very first oil change revealed issues with my vehicle that should not be there considering the full inspection that they obviously lied to me about during the purchase. I’ve gotten a runaround about the second key that was owed to me. All I was trying to do is figure out answers. Yes I was upset who wouldn’t be with $100,000 vehicle that they swear they’re not liable for. Then the owner called me told me to stop harassing his employees and then they called the police on me now they refuse to do anything with my vehicle and I have to pick it up. If you purchase from them, you’re very stupid. I’m suing them. And that’s what they’re upset about. That’s why they called the police. I was sure to let the officer know that that was not a threat. It was absolutely a promise. My lawyer is involved already. I have all the proof they responsible for what’s wrong with my vehicle but no one wants to take responsibility which is what usually happens. Just now, they will sugarcoat everything lie to your face and then act stupid when you come to them with the issue with your vehicle. The woman who was transferring my calls was very rude. The owner himself was very rude very unprofessional in my opinion. I will never buy another vehicle from them More

I had an egg smell coming from the engine compartment and I researched the issue and people were saying it was likely the battery. I went to Dick Scott and wanted a diagnosis but they said I had to leave the I researched the issue and people were saying it was likely the battery. I went to Dick Scott and wanted a diagnosis but they said I had to leave the car and it would take 2 or 3 days till a diagnosis could be performed. I told Nick about the egg smell and about the online forums stating it is likely the batteries and he said it could be an emissions issue. He said you can leave it for 2 or 3 days or we can change the batteries same day and essentially hope for the best. The battery change fixed the egg smell. However, diagnostics should be standard practice when root causing any issue because a diagnostics could also find other issues. Is this documented in warranty with stellantis? Nick explained there are different techs for different jobs but I find that unacceptable. Nick was friendly and helpful but my displeasure is with Dick Scott not staffing properly and not having the correct process. If the battery change didn’t fix the issue I would be back spending $200 dollars on a diagnostic. More

I brought my car in for several electrical issues that I explained in detail prior to service. The car was promptly returned only to tell me I owed $1200 for two batteries yet they failed to even check for explained in detail prior to service. The car was promptly returned only to tell me I owed $1200 for two batteries yet they failed to even check for electrical issues. Since then, my car has been towed twice for service with the same issues and dead batteries one month later. I asked for a refund and was refused even though It’s documented the car clearly has a parasitic drain. Mopar states I should have been refunded. Nobody cared to hear my concerns I would never trust this dealership and they will hear from Stellantis soon. More
