All of the cars I looked at were in fantastic condition, and when I found just the right model/car, Nick was highly professional during the sales process and worked with me to get a very good deal, both on the purchase price of the new car, and the trade-in value for my old car. When it came time to pull off the lot, Nick gave walked me through all of the features of the car (a 2010 E350) and provided an amazing delivery experience. I have loved driving the car and it has been an awesome car for me and my family! My purchase experience at Atlanta Classic Cars with Nick was a very positive one, and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in working with a top-notch team of Mercedes professionals. It was a very great experience with all the friendly staff. The dealership was very neat and organized. Customer service was very pleasant. We were offered beverages during our visit. I had recieved the Mercedes Benz email regarding several owners' experiences with their cars. I was about to write of mine relating to my 2010 C-300, which I purchased in October of 2012, but then I realized that there was a 2010 C-350 available. I spoke briefly with Nick, and without any fuss, and minimal negotiations, Nick again, succeeded to get me the deal - for a perfect birthday gift, tomorrow, March 14th. I must also say that Nick's approach is befitting of the "consumate professional" - courteous and knowledegeable. the Sales Staff at this pre-woned facility has treated me with the utmost respect. They are always willing and able to help. Nick's first offer is for the "courtesy wash", then refreshements. This, being my fourth visit and purchase, I think I have found my favorite dealership and my "Champion Salesman" in Nick Karacha. I walked into Atlanta Classic cars (right after having a root canal~;), I met Nick Karacas and I told him upfront what I wanted and expected and I told him if he could make it happen then fine otherwise I was not going back and forth and I didn't have all day. He listened to what I said, he was very respectful of my wishes and time and he made it happen! I actually got more than I bargained for with little hassle or haggle! He took his time to go over every detail of this custom equipped vehicle that I purchased. He even called the Satellite radio company to set up my account before I drove off.
