However, upon pickup, the odometer indicated an additional 1,571 miles. I intend to formally file a complaint to address these issues.

I came to the conclusion that everyone coming to do
service is just one more car, one more customer. There is never urgency and everyone lacks on customer service. No one cares, different sales person
