Brought my car in to program a replacement key and to do the recall work for the theft issue. I told them it needed both jobs when I called for the appointment as well as when I brought the car in. I was to the recall work for the theft issue. I told them it needed both jobs when I called for the appointment as well as when I brought the car in. I was told it would take two hours. It was 'done' in under an hour. I drove about 5 minutes away to do an errand. Looked at the dealer receipt - no mention of the recall work. Immediately called and asked if they fixed the security system and was told no. I asked if I could drive right back to finish the work and they needed to reschedule. That didn't make sense as they booked me for 2 hours and they worked on it less than one hour. Also was told during this call they should have noted there are three outstanding recalls on my car that should have been caugh, so now I have to bring it back for a half day. Otherwise the staff was pleasant. More
