Visited Independent Nissan dealership in Wellesley, MA on 05.05.2026 to change the oil, rotate tires, fix my dislodged front bumper, check the transmission oil level and take a look at the noise coming from 05.05.2026 to change the oil, rotate tires, fix my dislodged front bumper, check the transmission oil level and take a look at the noise coming from the engine. In 1.5 hour, I got a list of the proposed services I need with the cost. They suggested additionally to what I came for to change the transmission oil, replace front differential oil, replace rear differential oil, perform brake flush and install right front bumper corner bracket to fix the bumper issue. I agreed to all services. I said I am here already 1.5 hour and ask to do it promptly. I was assured that 3 technicians will work on my car. It took them another 1.5 hour. Total 3 hours I spend there. When paying for services I noticed that tire rotation was not included in my receipt. Asked a cashier why and asked if the tires were rotated. She said sure they were rotated and included it into the final bill. I had my doubts now. Few days later I noticed that my bumper dislodged again. I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. In a mean time, I noticed a strange noise under the car. Looked under and saw a passenger front shield is dragging on the pavement and only attached on one side. Good job guys. Apparently was not attached properly. On my following appointment on 05/11/2026 the whole nine yards of multi-point inspection was done again, even it was done a few days before. The passenger front shield was fixed and I was told by the front desk that they cannot fix the bumper, but possibly will reimburse me. I paid $215 for the bumper fix. When it came about to get my car back, they told me that they cannot credit back my $215. I went to the service Manager (Mr. Willis Pujols) who first told me to be polite and then categorically denied the refund stating that they installed a new bracket ($15) and charged $199 for labor. I told him that they did not fix the bumper. I asked to remove the bracket, he said no, but as a courtesy, he said, he will try to reposition the bumper and hopefully that will fix the issue. I agreed. What was done, I have no idea, but the bumper in a day was dislodged again. No money back, no fix, nobody to complain to. At this point the only option I have it to write a bad review. Will not go again to this dealership and advice to other people, please avoid it. More
