Went in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Found out I needed a complete brake job to pass inspection. This took close to 6 hrs to complete and cost close to two thousand dollars. I had arranged prior to arrival to test drive a new vehicle. I test drove the 2024 Grand Highlander platinum because they didn't have any Grand Highlander Max's on the lot. While waiting for truck to be done a friend who bought a new Signia arrived to pick up her new vehicle and offered to drive me home and then bring me back when mine was ready. I texted Tammy to get an estimate time line and after waiting 20 minutes I told my friend to go ahead and leave. Tammy got back to me 35 minutes after I texted her, about ten minutes after my friend left. More
