Sales managerwas very rude right out the gate. He did not appreciate a customer that knows how it all works and that they were lowballing me on my trade and lied about sending my trade to auction. He did not appreciate a customer that knows how it all works and that they were lowballing me on my trade and lied about sending my trade to auction. Customer service is not in this guys blood. The sales person was very professional though. The deal he would not take another dealership offered way higher and were professional about the situation. I expect more from Toyota! More
