I visit the car dealership on January 11 2024 I seen a car on the website so I wanted to go look and test drive it. I didn’t realize that you had a couple different dealerships, so it was not there. Nick car on the website so I wanted to go look and test drive it. I didn’t realize that you had a couple different dealerships, so it was not there. Nick did show me other cars and was going to have the car brought to the dealership. There was a manager Dave there that came. He was not pleasant he didn’t introduce himself. He was very very short. He did not even look at me when he talked he did tell me that someone had an appointment to look at the car at the other dealership that someone would call me and let me know if it was brought to His dealership, and walked away, Nick told me he would keep in contact with me and let me know what is going on. I did get a call Friday from another man named Jessica which I did express to her that I was not happy with the manager Dave and how he acted and treated me. Nick did reach out to me he was sending me videos and cars to look at that were in my price range and had the things I wanted in a car. I did to go to the dealership, January 13 and looked at a 2015 Ford escape when I got there, Nick had it ready for us to test drive. He went over everything in the car with me and answered all my questions. I love the car Nick was able too get me the right loan I need and I was able leave with a car I love! More
