I also left an urgent message and this is a little frustrating because my old car payment which was not paid off is due tomorrow I have left a message that even though I purchased the new car March 8 and nothing is really been accomplished. I originally brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I will be there tomorrow to pick it up and drop off the new car. I will need my tag transferred back to my car and I hope all of this is accomplished by the time I get there tomorrow. More

Though this is my third vehicle leased or purchased from DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP for the cap rate for lease purposes. They did NOT honor their commitment for the cap rate. I had already surrendered my old car and was late for an appointment commitment (which they knew). When I questioned their tactics later, they said they made up for it in the rebate. We never had a discussion about rebate. As a three time customer, I was already eligible for the rebate. They owe me a $2,000 concession on the cap rate (simply, our agreement).
