He was very knowledgeable, honest and easy going, I was lucky to connect with a real advocate—someone interested in helping me find the perfect fit for me, not just pushing a car. A hard-sell sales type would not have worked. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to support and value Nick’s approach and style. He’s #1 in my book and a great asset to Wilsonville Toyota. Wilsonville Toyota has been the only Toyota dealership I use because of its location and selection of vehicles. WT sales team is visible and quick to greet you. Given that, I urge you to ask for Nick. When answering questions there were no condescending responses no matter how petty or in the minutia the question(s) may have been. Clearly seasoned with a fun sense of humor but not complacent, he earned our respect. Responses through out the entire process were timely and proactive. In addition, the delivery review of tech in the vehicle was phenomenal. WT service is not as visible, seem short handed and oddly busy for such reliable vehicles. More
