Retired Fire fighter/Paramedic. I was always interested in cars, so I decided to sell Toyota's as my hobby. I started washing cars then selling them. I enjoyed working in the automotive industry and wanted to learn and work in all departments of the dealership. This experience groomed me to being the General Manager of this beautiful Toyota dealership here at Alan Jay Toyota. My parents told me to do something in life that you love and you will never work a day in your life. My customers are the most important thing to me. I strive to provide them with the best experience. I understand purchasing a vehicle is not fun! I was even told by some of my customers they would rather go to the dentist then purchase a car that is until they met me. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I bought a car from Alan Jay Toyota from out of state. EVERYTHING was awesome about the experience, making it the best car buying experience in my I bought a car from Alan Jay Toyota from out of state. EVERYTHING was awesome about the experience, making it the best car buying experience in my 50+ year life. Rapid, personalized follow up with a video email after I inquired about the car online. No-nonsense and low-pressure negotiations to agree on a price. High integrity on ensuring all necessary titling and registration and sales tax procedures were followed (since we were working with 2 states). Flexibility in working with me to line up shipping. But then it got even better when I decided to fly in and pick up the vehicle instead of shipping it. Pat, my sales person, drove 80 miles to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership, offered me lunch, filled the tank of the car, and ensured I was sent off safely on my way home. The team at Alan Jay is just top notch, and if you're honest with them, they will be likewise with you, and will treat you like royalty. You should have no hesitation about working with this team.
