Retired Fire fighter/Paramedic. I was always interested in cars, so I decided to sell Toyota's as my hobby. I started washing cars then selling them. I enjoyed working in the automotive industry and wanted to learn and work in all departments of the dealership. This experience groomed me to being the General Manager of this beautiful Toyota dealership here at Alan Jay Toyota. My parents told me to do something in life that you love and you will never work a day in your life. My customers are the most important thing to me. I strive to provide them with the best experience. I understand purchasing a vehicle is not fun! I was even told by some of my customers they would rather go to the dentist then purchase a car that is until they met me. I can’t say enough good things about the service team at Alan Jay Toyota. These guys and gals are a class act and it starts from the top. Barbi the service manager was excellent. Johnny and Eric and Chris went out of there way to accommodate my wife and myself. The General Manager Big Nick was gracious and empathetic with my situation and proved to us he cares about his customers. Alan Jay Toyota will be the only place my family and friends will service and Purchase are cars from. Thank you for your knowledge and hospitality. I was told by another Toyota store my repair would cost $3,500.00 dollars you guys fixed it for $75.00 Seventy five dollars. You saved us $3,425.00 I can’t stop smiling. My wife and I are on a fixed income this would have been difficult for us Thank You again, John Morris. More

Under these long lead time dates that we are all dealing with Team Alan Jay was able to locate my Tacoma 4 X 4 Long Bed from the factory to the dealership in five weeks. I drove up three hours from Miami to Sebring because with the many Toyota Dealerships in South Florida they were asking for three months if they can get their hands on one. Kudos to the entire Toyota Team at Alan Jay! More
