We're disappointed to hear that your recent purchase did not meet your expectations, particularly given the trust you've placed in us over the years. After reviewing the injector repair with you, we learned that the diagnosing BMW dealership initially determined that replacement of the injector was not necessary and that a cleaning would resolve the concern. You ultimately decided to replace the injector, and we respect that choice. However, because the replacement was not a required repair based on the diagnosis provided, we were unable to assume responsibility for that expense. We regret that we were unable to come to a resolution that met your expectations, and we're sorry to hear you've decided not to continue doing business with us.
