This guy did nothing but waste our time. Our deal was supposedly done but after we drove an hour to get there, the truck that was already supposed to be ours was sold to someone else. We will never buy from this person or this place ever and I would strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle to just go somewhere different because this place is extremely unprofessional. I always had reservations about visiting dealerships, avoiding the stress of having to deal with sales representatives focused more on making the sale than listening to and understanding the customer nee avoiding the stress of having to deal with sales representatives focused more on making the sale than listening to and understanding the customer needs. This was not the case with Nick, walking into McLoughlin, greeted at the door with a smile and welcoming reception. I purchased a vehicle that day but I purchased a vehicle I wanted at a price less than I anticipated all thanks to Nick and his team. He made the process so easy.....stress and hassle free.......not what I was use to when visiting dealerships..........5 stars in exceeding my expectations when it came to customer service to Nick. More

I was looking at upgrading to a Chevy 2500HD Silverado and had heard positive things about McLaughlin Chevrolet. When I arrived I was greeted by Nick Scanlan. Nick listened to what I was looking for and t and had heard positive things about McLaughlin Chevrolet. When I arrived I was greeted by Nick Scanlan. Nick listened to what I was looking for and then only showed me options that applied. Nick answered all of my questions and was a big help in assisting me to narrow down the range of what I was looking for in year and package options. When the beyond perfect vehicle was available Nick coordinated an inspection of the vehicle with my mechanic. Needless to say, the vehicle passed with flying colors. During the purchasing process I also worked with Dave Mendenhall and Dylan Mendenhall. Both, like Nick, listened to my questions and clearly explained all of my options so I could make a informed decision with no pressure to buy. I really appreciated Nick, Dave, and Dylan's patience and honesty through out the entire process which greatly helped me get the truck I wanted. Now I recommend McLaughlin Chevrolet from experience.
