This guy did nothing but waste our time. Our deal was supposedly done but after we drove an hour to get there, the truck that was already supposed to be ours was sold to someone else. We will never buy from this person or this place ever and I would strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle to just go somewhere different because this place is extremely unprofessional. This was not the case with Nick, walking into McLoughlin, greeted at the door with a smile and welcoming reception. I purchased a vehicle that day but I purchased a vehicle I wanted at a price less than I anticipated all thanks to Nick and his team. He made the process so easy.....stress and hassle free.......not what I was use to when visiting dealerships..........5 stars in exceeding my expectations when it came to customer service to Nick. More
