OMG! The wait time is absolutely too long especially for something I was told would take 15-20 minutes. In addition to the people are not as friendly as I’m used to. Was with another dealership for 18 years and always had pleasant customer service even when it was busy. Not a fan of Kia of Delray so far. Very disappointed. More

I was completely dissatisfied. It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for and Chad the service tech service advisor told me it was $144 when I paid $90 for It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for and Chad the service tech service advisor told me it was $144 when I paid $90 for oil change and tire rotation, my last time there that will be my last time ever using care of Delray and I will not be purchasing my new Kia from them based upon Chad‘s interaction with me because I told him that the tire rotation was included last time and he said we don’t give things away for free here I quote you guys just lost a car sale over that service advisor. And I am very meticulous with my car and around the bolt area where the tires come on, and off with the impact on it all scratched up, and there were several dents in the rim now. I’ve had the cough for four years. This is the first time I ever had a problem with the service and all the service advisor. Terrible absolutely terrible experience. More

Taking my K5 to kia Delray service was the best decision I made. Sabrina was excellent and very professional. She kept me up to date on my car every step of the way. Even got me a rental to be able to move I made. Sabrina was excellent and very professional. She kept me up to date on my car every step of the way. Even got me a rental to be able to move around beacause there were no more loaners cars available True customer service is definitely what I experienced there. I recommend anyone who needs service to go to Kia Delray. More
