The fact that I can only give Nick 5 stars is ridiculous. He deserves 1000 stars!!! Jordan provided excellent service from the moment I drove into the service department. He was very professional and courteous, arranging for a shuttle back to my house and keeping me updated while waiting on into the service department. Jordan also answered all questions I had regarding the recommendations given for additional service needs. I look forward to coming back for future service needs for my vehicle! A little over a week later, we returned to trade out my Murano for one that had recently been traded in and was still being processed. We worked with Nick on this process remotely and then in person and it was a very smooth transaction over the course of 48 hours! He sent us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision prior to moving forward and quickly answered any additional questions. We are very satisfied with the overall service we received in March with both experiences at Hudson Nissan in Summerville! More
