I never imagined buying a vehicle would leave me in a worse position than before I walked onto the lot. I put $2,500 down, signed the paperwork, and was allowed to drive the vehicle for nearly three mon worse position than before I walked onto the lot. I put $2,500 down, signed the paperwork, and was allowed to drive the vehicle for nearly three months. My first payment wasn't even due yet because it had been deferred. Then, without any warning from Albemarle Ford, a tow truck showed up and took the vehicle, claiming the financing "didn't go through." Since then, I've done everything I can to get answers about my $2,500 down payment, and all I've received are delays and excuses. I was told someone would speak to a manager. Days passed. Then I was told they "hadn't had time." Meanwhile, my money is still being held, and I still don't have answers. This hasn't just been an inconvenience. It has affected my life. I'm raising my grandchildren, getting them to and from school, trying to keep food on the table, and trying to hold onto my job. Since losing the vehicle, I've had to depend on other people for rides, missed work, and lost income that I desperately needed. I understand that financing doesn't always work out. What I cannot understand is allowing a customer to believe the purchase was complete for months, taking the vehicle back, and then refusing to promptly address the return of the customer's down payment. I expected honesty, communication, and accountability. Instead, I was left without transportation, without answers, and without the money I entrusted to this dealership. This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I've ever had with a business More

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They are very deceptive about pricing. The finance manger is beyond rude and disrespectful. When you adress your customer as "hey bud, dealership. They are very deceptive about pricing. The finance manger is beyond rude and disrespectful. When you adress your customer as "hey bud, I am doing you a favor" as you lie about pricing and incentives doesn't bode well for a sale. I ended up walking out. I went to Town and country Ford and had the exact opposite experience. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Albemarle Ford More
