Everything was great except for the salesman who did my paperwork. I was not a fan of Aaron. I worked with 2 other salesmen and they were excellent. Nick was always on deck for me and Ray helped me look on paperwork. I was not a fan of Aaron. I worked with 2 other salesmen and they were excellent. Terrible experience. Bought my wife’s car there with the understanding that since it had under 100k it had life time powertrain warranty. When it was time to use that war Bought my wife’s car there with the understanding that since it had under 100k it had life time powertrain warranty. When it was time to use that warranty (torque converter) they told us there is no such thing as life time power train warranty (even though they advertise it on their main page) then they told us that was just the salesman trying to make a sell. Will never do business with the company again and I recommend no one give them their business for that matter! More
