I had my car towed in for service due to it breaking down. I made an appointment for the same day online but when I got to the dealership I learned there are no same-day appointments. I inquired when my down. I made an appointment for the same day online but when I got to the dealership I learned there are no same-day appointments. I inquired when my vehicle could be looked at and it was communicated almost two weeks later. It was asked if I wanted to keep my car there for service and yes I did because I wasn't going to tow it around town. My car was seen earlier than anticipated but when I dropped off my car it did create unnecessary stress as a customer. Also I called twice to gain clarification on service text messages/etc., and asked for a call back. I did not receive a call back but did receive communication via text. I'm usually okay with text but it would of been nice to receive a call due to the nature of the situation. I was under the impression that I was going to be without a vehicle for a minimum two weeks.
