Making appointment was easy, except there wasn’t an option for “waiting for vehicle”. Reminders were good. Service was quick. I later saw that windshield wipers were all marked in the red. I scheduled service for my Ford F-450 pickup at a day and time convenient for me. The service team completed the work promptly. The waiting area is comfortable. Two things I want changed could not be done. These are, apparently, engineering and/or software issues with Ford proper and not the responsibility of the local dealership. Four stars is a high and well-deserved rating. I reserve five stars for those rare occasions when somebody extends themselves well beyond expectation to help me do something. As for work quality, I reserve judgement for a while. It takes time to assess. More
