I stopped in to check on the price of a set Bridgestone tires for my 2025 Altima. The service advisor checked her computer and told me that they could not get those tires for my car. The gentleman in the o tires for my 2025 Altima. The service advisor checked her computer and told me that they could not get those tires for my car. The gentleman in the other office that’s in a wheelchair overheard our conversation And came out to the office and asked if we could go out and look at my tires. we did that he came back in, checked his computer and said that they actually have them in stock. I bought them and they put them on immediately other than the fact that your service advisor Should probably be trained a little better. Everything was awesome. More

The entire process of applying and buying my vehicle was amazing. Connor was amazing and did everything he could to get me approved! John the sales manager was super awesome as well as the other salesman wh amazing. Connor was amazing and did everything he could to get me approved! John the sales manager was super awesome as well as the other salesman who went through the warranties with me. The 3rd day I had the vehicle I ended up bringing it in due to shaking when slowing down. They ended up replacing all 4 rotors and the rear brake pads. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I bring my vehicle in because the brakes are squealing, they look at it and say everything is fine that the pads are "seeding" to the rotors. Fast forward 2 and half weeks after bringing it in, my pads are still squealing (worse than before) the new rotors already have grooves dug into them (in the front, not the back) and my caliper is sticking from time to time. So I bring my car back in, asking that the front pads be replaced as they should of been replaced when all rotors and rear pads were replaced. The service manager at Nissan (Ed) was a complete xxxxx from the time I dropped my vehicle off and picked up, telling me that I am wrong that the new rotors having grooves in them is "normal" At one point he even told my dad and I to "Google" it. So I infact did Google it, and NO ROTORS THAT ARE A MONTH OLD SHOULD NOT ALREADY BE GROOVED AS THAT SHOWS SIGNS OF WEAR. I will never be bringing my vehicle back to the Nissan service center, I refuse to deal with Ed. He belittled me and basically told me that I was dumb and didn't know what I was talking about, argued that nothing was wrong with the brakes and sent me on my way. My brakes are still squealing and now my caliper is sticking from time to time. I don't understand why the front pads weren't changed with the rest of the stuff. Now I will be replacing the pads on my own and figuring out what is wrong with my calipers. This has been everything but a "ONEderful" experience. This is my first time buying a nice new vehicle, this is something that meant a lot to me, for service to make this a horrible experience. My vehicle is still under the 3mm warranty as well, that Ed was trying to say I didn't have. My vehicle will only be going to the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service center from here on out. I don't even want to bring my vehicle back to one automotive ever, but I pay for oil changes and tire rotation with my monthly payment. More
