I drove over an hour for a recall on the steering wheel Nissan emblem recall. I was told that it could take hours on the phone and that I had to drop the vehicle off, then told they had no idea how long Nissan emblem recall. I left to have lunch with some friends who picked me up and approx. 10 - 15 minutes later I was called and told to pick up my vehicle that it was done. I was told nothing was done and that it was an inspection only. It could of been handled much better for sure! More
