It took an extremely long time to get my vehicle although it was paid for. I received the smallest brightest rental. I had to call to see if I could come get my car several times, when I was told I could com it was paid for. I received the smallest brightest rental. Everyone was polite and helpful. They totally understood my needs and explained how everything worked in the car. Nick downloaded my smart phone and registered me in the MyNISSAN A They totally understood my needs and explained how everything worked in the car. Nick downloaded my smart phone and registered me in the MyNISSAN App. He introduced me to the service department. Showed me all the books that came with the car. I especially liked the quick reference guide. Followed up with me a few times after I took the vehicle home. All and all a great experience with no hassles. More

Meeting all our expectations. Returned to Gordie Boucher Nissan, purchased the Platium Nissan Murano. More

Friendly staff but poor management of personnel being able to finalize financial paperwork. The day we wanted to close on deal there was only one person available due to others on PTO.
