Champion GMC in Kingsport gained a permanent customer. I have gone to multiple dealerships and not one wanted to talk. I walked into Champion expecting them in turning me away. They didn't. I have noticed all dealerships push for leases, but refuse to except the end-lease agreement because dealers don't make no money on the deal unless the own it. Champion did the exact opposite. Ed was absolutely amazing! I think in his heart he knew I was going to lose my car and not be able afford another car. After 6 hours of Ed and Kevin working hard together, Ed presented me with an offer. An offer I was not expecting. An offer I was excited to except. Then another offer was presented. I want to start to cry. The offer was even better than the other. They were able to help me save my car. I am forever grateful. This dealership is not greedy and selfish at at all. Including the shop, they too went above and beyond to figure out a warranty issue and dealing with other dealerships neglect. I can not express all the thank yous in the world. A recommendation is in order here. More
