I had a terrible experience at Main Line Honda. The customer service fine through the end of the sale but it is clear once they have made the sale, they could care less about your satisfaction. Withi customer service fine through the end of the sale but it is clear once they have made the sale, they could care less about your satisfaction. Within 24 hours I encountered multiple problems including excessive vibration, dangling mirror and a bad battery that nearly exploded according to both Avalon Honda and my own mechanic. I immediately reached out to my sales rep management. It took hours to get anyone to call me and pretty much responded thats a shame and oh well I cant help you get home ( I was 2 hours from home). I immediately informed them that I did not feel safe in this vehicle and wanted to return the car. I had to call daily and finally drive in and demand a manager for anyone to speak with me further on this matter. I am so disappointed and will never do any business with this dealer again. I have shared my story with family and friends and they are just as disgusted. Its quite a shame Martin Honda does not care about the customer experience once they have their commission More
