He assured me that he would be there for me whenever ready, no pressure at all and he will treat me as he would like someone to treat his own mother. That really got me! About 3 months later I called him back and ever since he’s been extremely courteous, respectful and got the best Outback for my needs and my budget. We just had our best car buying experience EVER! We drove all the way from Missouri for a good deal on a Subaru WRX STi Limited at Sport Subaru South. We looked over the country but the lowest price We drove all the way from Missouri for a good deal on a Subaru WRX STi Limited at Sport Subaru South. We looked over the country but the lowest price I could find on the model I was looking at was 1,289 miles from us so we planned for a nice little road trip to sunny Orlando Florida to work a deal out. I was also trading in my car for a new car with 0 miles so it was just best for me to drive it on down to Florida. We had our first amazing car buying experience at Sport Subaru South with Ben, Nino, Justin, and Charles. We, yet alone probably most people have never had a good/great car buying experience at a car dealer when shopping for a new car. It was always something either with the car, price, or monthly payments that just didn't work out for us. At Sport Subaru South we came in and were able to discuss want we wanted and what price we were looking for and believe it or not this dealership listened and fit all of our criteria with no issues and never once went above what we were trying to achieve staying within our budget. I met Ben Lucic for the first time and he was very helpful with discussing how our process would go, and was able to start working with us as soon as we walked in, we didn't have to wait. Ben made us feel comfortable going over the entire process. Ben was able to answer all of my questions and made the entire overall process amazing. I told Ben & Nino what we needed to have for the payoff on our current trade-in and Ben & Nino said they were able to make it happen and gave us exactly what we wanted for the trade-in :-) Ben & Nino were very kind and polite, we let them know what we needed in a vehicle and what we were looking for. Ben had EXACTLY the car for us. Ben pointed us to a gorgeous 2019 WRX STi Limited and we fell in love immediately. It was a MUST HAVE car, but could we afford it? Nino is stellar and was able to help me get my paper work completed asap remotely from 1,300 miles away, he replied to every message I had in a prompt fashion and we completed 90% of all paperwork, financing approval, and the whole 9 yards GO Nino! After working with Ben & Nino they introduced us to Justin Moore to further discuss financing, omg Justin is a super nice guy and the most helpful financial specialist we have ever worked with. He understood what the last dealership we just visited did to us and understood why we were so touchy with our credit and assured us that he was there to help and boy was he ever. Justin was able to explain in detail to us all of the available options we had to help us protect our purchase and only added the options that we felt comfortable with and what we thought was necessary. We were able to add GAP insurance and a 6 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper/Powertrain warranty, all sales tax, AND STILL STAYED WITHIN OUR MONTHLY CAR BUDGET!!! Justin was able to get a lower interest rate then our own bank was able to provide, and lower than the last dealership we went to. We got the car we wanted and the price we wanted at the monthly payments we were budgeting for. It was win win win for my family. Charles is an upstanding kinda of guy and very fair sales manager as well. I had a small hangup and Charles was able to take care of us in a very respective manner and accommodate our out of state special purchase situation which we appreciated. KUDOS to Ben, Nino, Justin, & Charles!!!, I felt we were treated very fairly and respected, it wan't painful at all. Everyone on the Sport Subaru South team had a smile and were very helpful. WE LOVE OUR NEW 2019 WRX STI AND COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE!!! Next time I go car shopping my first stop will always be Sport Subaru South. Ben, Nino, Justin, & Charles were such a pleasure to work with and I would suggest anyone looking for their next vehicle to make your first stop Subaru Sports South, I know we will. More

My wife decided she needed a larger vehicle and traded in her Forester for an Ascent. We are repeat customers by choice, because the staff at this dealership are all professional and courteous. We purchased all of our vehicles through Kerwin LaRocque, who is our chosen sales rep. He is easy to work with, communicates effectively, and I appreciate his candor and dedication in ensuring that all aspects of the purchase were addressed in a proper and timely fashion. The particular vehicle we wanted had to be acquired from another dealership, and by the time it arrived, all the documents were prepared and all we had to do was sign. Eli and the other sales staff were great as well. Even after multiple prior purchases, the novelty of actually being treated with respect and like a valued customer hasn't worn off. I can't imagine purchasing a vehicle from any other dealership. More
