Sales manager Brian Webb was rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I had an appointment with a sales representative who for some reason was unable to keep our appointment. After waiting 30 minutes I was d dismissive. I had an appointment with a sales representative who for some reason was unable to keep our appointment. After waiting 30 minutes I was directed to Mr. Webb by a receptionist. He appeared barely interested in hearing what I wanted to say and basically told me to go sit down as he was assigning another representative. The website touts that York pays "top dollar" for trade-ins, which was untrue for me. Mr. Webb's offer was hundreds less than what two other Dodge dealers offered sight unseen for the same vehicle that he was able to see in person. All-in-all a very disappointing experience. More
