The sales man sales manager promised a pair of running board charged me for them and now can’t/wont deliver what they promised because they are more money than expected they under shot and now expect me t board charged me for them and now can’t/wont deliver what they promised because they are more money than expected they under shot and now expect me to settle for lesser I made sure to clarify what I was wanting and was told multiple times it would be no issue salesman was in such a hurry get me out never even helped with the set up or Sirius or on star was told just push the button when you get a chance to get it set up feel like this was a bait and switch More

Having walked out of a dealership the day before due to agressive bullying tactics on part of that dealerships sales manager. Walked into the Brooksville dealership the next day knowing what we wanted and agressive bullying tactics on part of that dealerships sales manager. Walked into the Brooksville dealership the next day knowing what we wanted and how we wanted to go about the transaction. Was greeted by Mark who we talked to about what we wanted he located the car we were looking for and walked us through the buying process with no hassles or heavy handed tactics. We were very impressed with everyone at the dealership. Drove away with the car we wanted the same day. Thank you Brooksville Buick-Gmc. More

I’ve been going to the dealership for many years with all of my vehicles. The Buick GMC Brooksville store is top shelf. Donnie Pelham is my go to guy for everything and I love how he makes me feel like I’m t of my vehicles. The Buick GMC Brooksville store is top shelf. From the moment we arrived Sal treated us what I thought was exceptional service. He explained everything and although it was overwhelming as we are both technology challenged, he took numerous phone calls was exceptional service.
