When i say that it’s been a very long time since i have experienced this level of communication from a Car’s Service Department i mean it. I feel valued and most importantly seen. The staff at Smithtown Volkswagen Service department is TOP NOTCH. The reason i agreed to consider the purchase in the first place were the YELP reviews on Noah Reed’s experiences and boy they did not lie. He is spectacular! Our next purchase will likely be another VW and from none other than Smithtown VW!
