Kyle Collins was exceptional with a wealth of knowledge about the new 2019 RAV4. He was patient with my endless questions and ensured he understood my concerns. He explained the safety features and even made me aware of things I didn’t think to ask. This was the most positive and painless experience in car shopping. Most dealers sell such cars "as is", and use high pressure tactics to sell you an expensive extended warranty. In addition, many dealers "low ball" an advertised price for a vehicle and add up to thousands of dollars in "fees" (particularly if you don't use their overpriced financing. Simone,Kyle, Charlie, and everyone at Cochran Toyota made my recent used car purchase an absolute pleasure and I would recommend the experience to anyone. The car was totally legit, the price was more than fair and remained the same as advertised for a cash purchase. The dealer provided a 6 month warranty at no cost and treated me more as a new friend than an unknown customer. I flew in from out of town and Kyle picked me up at the airport. Overall one of the best car purchases ever. More
