I called Norm on a Wednesday afternoon, in a panic and told him that my car of 19 years had finally died and if he could help me find a new one. He said of course, come on in. I told him that it wasn' told him that my car of 19 years had finally died and if he could help me find a new one. He said of course, come on in. I told him that it wasn't really convenient for me to come in that evening and could I come in the next day? Unbeknownst to me that was his day off. And again he said, "sure, what time works for you?" He spent the entire day helping me find the perfect car for me. And I bought it site unseen.
