He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy with the purchase. I believe he did everything within his locus of control to help me get the best deal possible. However, I still believe the finance department could have worked with me a bit more so that my payments were reduced to more acceptable levels. I have excellent credit with Mercedes Benz. I have purchased 3 cars with Mercedes. Yet, I was considered tier 3. That was painful. The only reason I did not walk away from that deal was because I respected the work Norm did. I waked into it believing I was gonna pay $999.00 per month and walked away paying 1,200. So...in summary... I love Mercedes and im a loyal customer. Norm was fantastic!!! I love that guy. However, I’m not 100% satisfied with the financing department. I hope they could reconsider my value as a customer and place me on tier 1 so that my payments are acceptable. Hope this makes sense. More
