I’m very pleased with the dealership but I called weeks in advance to reserve an suv so I could drive it for a few hours abs when I got there it was a sedan. I leased a new Mercedes 250 GLA 2018. I paid for annual maintenance. I brought the car in Wednesday, July 14 2021 and picked it up that evening. I had requested tires be rotated. They were not rotated and maintenance. I brought the car in Wednesday, July 14 2021 and picked it up that evening. I had requested tires be rotated. They were not rotated and they need to be rotated. When I called the receptionist she contacted the service advisor who told her to tell me that the tires were “staggered“ and therefore could not be rotated. I called back and talked to a sales associate who wanted to connect me to service but I requested that they text me if they are willing to rotate my tires and did not hear back. I did give my phone number. The owners manual states you “can rotate your tires if they are the same size wheels front and back. They recommend you rotate every 3 to 6000 miles. I will bring my car to tire dealer and have the rotation done because Beaverton Mercedes refused to do that. The service was fine everyone was cordial other than not performing service I requested. More

Once they get your money good luck! It’s been 2 months and I still can’t get my plates because they sent incomplete paperwork and refuse to return calls. On my 3rd temporary tabs. Even have a manger hang up and text she was out for day and another transferred me to a manager’s voicemail who was on vacation. Spend $50000 at this place gets you this kind of treatment. Best in Beaverton? Go anywhere else and save on headache not worth it!!!! More
