Worst service experience for a recall I’ve ever had. Was told parts arrived and was scheduled to come in, truck was there for over 6 hours and when I called to check on it was told the tech didn’t even Was told parts arrived and was scheduled to come in, truck was there for over 6 hours and when I called to check on it was told the tech didn’t even know the truck was there, how when I handed the keys to the service advisor and they weren’t sure they had the parts. I actually don’t know if the recall issue has been resolved. This is the worst service department More
