I came in just to look at a Subaru on the lot. Phil was right there to help me and was very patient while I inspected all the SUV's (V6's) on the lot. I had the pleasure of working with Phil McColly and Octavio when I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Ford Escape last July from the Keizer Store. I had told Phil that I was interested in findin Octavio when I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Ford Escape last July from the Keizer Store. I had told Phil that I was interested in finding an SUV that would be great for camping, but also had more room. When I arrived on the lot, I found two cars waiting for me and I test drove a Jeep and a Ford Escape. The Escape just felt so safe and handled very well, especially after driving the two cars back-to-back and being able to compare the two. Phil explained the features of both cars during our test drive and I felt very comfortable the duration of the test drive. The decision was obvious by the time that we returned from the test drive. The finance process was so easy AND quick--- Octavio worked very hard to get my monthly payment where I wanted it and was also able to get me a great interest rate. The delivery process of the vehicle was so smooth, I was comfortable with all of the gadgets in the car by the time I drove off the lot. The blue tooth would have taken me forever to figure out if it would not have been for Phil's patience; he even offered for me to call at any time if I had any questions on how the equipment worked or if I had any issues. I loved that they included my first oil change free and that I received several calls after my purchase to gain feedback on the buying process, it made me feel like the dealership really cared. After buying cars from Seattle to California since 1985, these two did an above the board job to make our purchase for our 16yr old stress less. We called on the truck at 10am and heading for the dealership from Corvallis. Immediately Phil met us in the showroom and we took the truck out for a drive. No waiting as usually for a half hour or more to get help was the service I tell my employees everyday as a manager of a large bank. Finding the rig needed a bit of seat work on a cigarette burn on the seat, they immediately took it to see if we could get it worked on. In two hours they had the seat redone and we came back with a cashier's check and closed the deal in under 30 minutes with Octavia. In these days where superior customer service is lacking, and usually leaving a customer lazing, gave me an instant impression that no matter what vehicle used or new they care about the customer and how they feel about there experience at the lot. Both of them should be complimented as I looked for over 3 months to find the right vehicle for my daughter, and have bought 3 BMW's in the last 5 years where even in the high end market didn't match the ease of this purchase. He then found a way for me to trade in the old car and purchase My F150 and a 2011 Fusion that Ron found for my wife in five minutes. It was trying times after my wife rolled my car ( fortunately she was not hurt bad ) dealing with the insurance company and looking for a replacement vehicle But Ron and Octavio Made things a lot better with there Knowledge and caring for the customer.
