On Point Service Service Supervisor, Gabby Romero, is always 'on point' with customer service. She gives 5 Star customer care with a smile. Her knowledge and attenti Service Supervisor, Gabby Romero, is always 'on point' with customer service. She gives 5 Star customer care with a smile. Her knowledge and attention to the needs of the vehicle help reassure you that your vehicle and road safety are at the top of her list of importance. She carefully reviews the Action Plan that is best for your vehicle maintenance and accepts and makes suggestions in such a way that you feel completely at ease with what is being done, needs to be done in the near future, as well as further down the road. She frequently checks up on you, if you are waiting, to see if everything is okay or if you need anything, and to let you know how the service is going. She personally, comes to you to let you know your car is finished and walks you to the cashier and waits for you to finish and then always walks you to your car and takes time to say good bye. How awesome is that? What impresses me the most about Gabby is that she doesn't pressure you and listens to your questions and answers with clarity. That is so very appreciated as well as being called by name. In my opinion, Gabby should be recognized for outstanding customer service! More

He helpe My salesman was patient and understanding. He spent hours with me helping me to make sure I had the right car for my life style and budget. He helped me to understand all the numbers and financing too. He made sure I had a loaner car while mine was getting prepped to go home with me, and even let me stop by a week later to put the license plates on when they came in the mail. Overall excellent service and customer care! Even after the purchase was completed! More
