Service department is the worst I ever see, I did purchase a new car 2 years ago with extended warranty and my auto broke down and dealer refuse to fixed under the warranty, they demand for me to pay purchase a new car 2 years ago with extended warranty and my auto broke down and dealer refuse to fixed under the warranty, they demand for me to pay almost $3,000.00. They (Sammy Neria) keep me with out a car for 3 weeks and finally I was forced to trade in my broken car for a new car paying the difference (of course) on order to get an auto to drive my kids to school. I DON'T RECOMMENT THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE!!! The sales man (Octavio Lopez)was very polite and helpful!!! More
