I was stranded due to engine failure luckily a 5 minute drive from this dealership. We had very specific needs, getting out of a lease and into a vehicle that would work for both my daughter and me. Once we arrived, we even had to shift gears from looking at a used vehicle to purchasing a new one. I know selling cars is his job, but given the weather, time of day - we made it there literally an hour before closing - and our specific circumstances, he easily could have brushed us off as too much of a hassle. Instead, his care, attention, and patience with me and my family were a refreshing change from the typical car-buying experience. This responsibility and care is how and why you get return customers.
