After inquiring through Car Guru about the vehicle, Oganes was quick to contact me and was very accessible by calling and texting. He took his time to do research on the vehicle, and it showed in how we discussed the pros and cons of competing models. When I explained the new incoming bill where electric vehicles pay 200/ year for registration, he was willing to negotiate in light of that.
