I purchased a 2023 Chevy pickup and my check engine light came on. I called the service department and was greeted with animosity and rudeness. I was told they didn’t have the time to look at my truck at thi came on. I called the service department and was greeted with animosity and rudeness. I was told they didn’t have the time to look at my truck at this time. I had it towed to Reliable Chevrolet anyway. It was there for a week and they called and said to come pick up my truck because they wouldn’t have time to even diagnose it for up to a month. I asked for a loaner vehicle and they said they couldn’t provide one until my truck was diagnosed. I called Pitre GMC down the road. The service manager came and picked up my truck the next day and had it diagnosed, had a loaner vehicle for me and ordered the part all in the same day. I had called the salesperson ( Oliver Jones , who sold me the truck. I left 2 messages and called him 4 times in the same week and never got a return call until after my truck was already at Pitre GMC. I will never use or recommend your company to anyone More
