I came to Reliable Chevrolet looking to purchase an SUV. I had spent the day car shopping at other dealerships, and had a bad experience at the dealership I had just left. As a last resort for the day I stopped at Reliable Chevrolet. When I arrived I began working with Oliver Jones. Mr. Jones was very professional and very honest with me from the minute I got there. I told him that I was searching for an SUV or a truck but I was afraid I would be upside down on my vehicle. He explained to me that they could potentially work with me on the vehicle. Oliver took all of my concerns into consideration and found the best fit for me. I ended up purchasing a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. It was the same vehicle I had looked at at a previous dealership. However I didn't purchase it from that previous dealership because they lied to my face on multiple occasions. If it wasn't for Oliver Jones and his professionalism I absolutely would not have bought a vehicle that day. I absolutely appreciate all of her Jones and the Reliable Chevrolet team for their honesty, professionalism, and courtesy. More
